Clarke Contractors is open 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We have on-call staff to answer your call no matter what time you call. There is always someone here to assist home and business owners anytime of the day for their emergency needs. Being the executive administrative assistant, I answer most of those calls during normal business hours. Not all calls that come in are just general calls; we do have a lot of emergency calls. In these cases, I assist the estimators and project managers coordinate staff and emergency material delivery. At Clarke Contractors, we are a team. We value our customers and their satisfaction so it takes a team to accomplish our standards. I am the one who usually takes that call but it takes our whole team to make sure the customer is reassured and their property is protected.

Board up, dry out, and tarps are a lot of our emergency calls. These can be from fire or water damage and even vandalism. When a customer calls in, I have to determine if the job they are calling in about is an emergency or not. I ask for a description of the damage to make this determination. Once a job is declared an emergency, a manager and crew is then dispatched out to the site that is damaged. Once the manager is onsite, he takes over to get the emergency services done right and fast. I assist him with any necessary paperwork or emergency equipment rental.
